Le domaine maritime et portuaire est hautement technique et spécialisé. Il n’y a pas beaucoup d’experts praticiens et aptes à la formation. Quand nous avons reçu l’offre du cabinet Go Global pour le renforcement des capacités de notre personnel sur la réglementation des activités maritimes et portuaires au Gabon, nous n’avons pas du tout hésité à la valider. Personnellement, même en tant que Directrice Générale, j’ai tenu à assister à ces quatre jours de formation, pour renforcer également mes compétences.
